We start with initial client meetings and site inspections to understand your vision and assess the possibilities of the site. These early conversations allow us to explore your project goals, budget expectations, and potential constraints while identifying an appropriate approval strategy to guide the next steps.

Following this, our Feasibility Study provides a focused evaluation of your site’s potential. We analyse planning controls, site context, and design opportunities to determine what can realistically be achieved. This stage also highlights risks or limitations that may influence development outcomes. While we aim to anticipate key challenges early, some aspects may only become clear through further technical studies or specialist reports.

Once feasibility is established, we progress to the Schematic Design phase — where ideas begin to take form. Through collaborative workshops, we explore spatial layouts, building form, and material character to develop a conceptual design that balances your aspirations with site conditions and regulatory requirements. These designs are preliminary and will continue to evolve as more information and detail are refined in later stages.
